Isabel Plotkin, MS

Isabel Plotkin, M.S, she/her, is a Doctorate of Clinical Psychology (PsyD) candidate at Mount Saint Mary's University in Los Angeles, CA. Both Isabel's research and clinical work center queer youth's lived experiences and aim to create more inclusive and equitable spaces for queer youth of diverse backgrounds. She feels that as scholar-practitioners, we are responsible for advocating for marginalized communities by challenging the traditional white-heteronormative and deficit-based research models we so often see.
